I want another 12 Ga Shotgun with an 18" barrel, I have a pump so I'm interested in a semi auto. Does anyone have any suggestions? Edit: I can go a little longer than an 18" barrel if I have to. What do you think about this? http://www.remington.com/products/firea ... tac-4.aspx

SLP is slick so are Benellis. They are both a bit pricey. The Benelli also kicks like mule. I sold mine because I did NOT enjoy shooting it.
The 1100 has been the standard for sportsmans semi's. I did not know they made a tactical version. I bet the weapon has an attractive price point!

I too have heard good things about the 930spx. I am looking to it to complete my 3gun collection as well in the coming months.

I second the Saiga 12. One hell of a weapon system...

I own a saiga 12 and a Mossberg 930 SPX. The mossberg design is very very close to the FN but at half the price (paid $526 for my Mossberg). I've been torture testing my mossberg and find that the only ammo that has given me any problems are low recoil light target rounds (not enough energy to fully cycle the action). With Remington "slugger" 1 ounce lead slugs, accuracy is dead on at 25 yards on a hostage target. I even tried "outshooting the trigger" and could not! It cycled and fired as fast as I could pull the trigger, which was 5 shots sub 3 second time. The Saiga is heavy and awkward with a much slower rate of fire Not to mention slightly more expensive than the Mossberg.
I'd suggest the 930 SPX hands down.
