When you perform your firearm training at the range or dry firing at home do you do a lot of movement? I'm no expert but if you ever get into a gun fight or a self defense situation it's not stationary it involves some movement on your part.

the best advise someone can give you in a fire fight is to keep breathing. Unless you are facing an all out battle with ridiculous NME forces the fight will be over very quickly. Either someone will get shot, or someone will run out of bullets. If you stop breathing then you become combat ineffective and the next causality.

Current practice/training is stationary. Looking for options.

This is geared to competition shooting but....... shooting is shooting and moving is moving!

This is one of the reasons I like competition shooting - it teaches you skills that can translate into real life situations.
