Yeah Maine did to so GOA provided a thank you note for members to send to our Reps. I guess we should tell them we're watching no matter how they vote.

Watch the health care issue, Bush tried to use a health care issue as a means of gun control as well. (Remember the call for manditory psychological evaluations with every physical? Hmmmm, wonder who would be the one to set those standards?) Don't be foolled.

I agree 100%. If the public can't see that this country is well on its way to becoming a police state, I'm sure that gun owners will be the first residents of the FEMA camps. Most of our politicians are bought and paid for,
and our news media merely repeat the government "party line" on every subject of importance. It's hard to be optimistic when the public seems to be so incredibly stupid. :evil: :evil: :evil:
