Does this color scheme hurt anyone else's eyes? I am a member of several forums with various color schemes, and this is the most difficult to adjust to. Would a red white and blue color scheme be more suited for this site? I ask because the text "Black Gun Owners" is transposed over the red, white and blue flag.

You are talking about the logo in the upper left corner with the name Black Gun Owners overlayed with the American flag. That's just a small part of the overall concept of the whole webpage. I like the black background of each webpage with the text shown in different colors and font styles.

Try not to dwell on the logo when viewing the home page here. I think Triggeman357 is working on the creation of a more permanent logo and I seem to recall several weeks ago, he asked BGO members to submit their own ideas and/or illustations for a new BGO logo.

The logo is a temporary place holder for now. The last logo I created could not be formatted to fit the space. I'm working on some a little more basic, yet unique. The color scheme I'm using now is something that was voted on by the board after several trials. You can change your scheme like MIB has noted. If theres nothing there you like, let me know and I can download some more schemes that might suit your needs.

I assume you are directing the above information to hammerSIG, yes? I was just replying to him with my own observations.
