With the increased assaults on our freedoms certain web organizations are submitting petitions more and more. GOA for example has it's own take action section for members where you can sign online petitions, and since I don't have time to sit down and compose a letter everytime our leaders in DC want to screw us to the wall, a petition to sign is handy and easy. Besides the petitions are written in nicer language than what I would use.
I know the membership here have diverse interests and most likely subscriptions to many activist sites, or get email alerts from others. Perhaps a place for members to supply links for petitions to sign might help those of us with little time but would like to keep at em as long as they want to keep at our freedoms.
The posted links could be deleted as most issues would be time sensitive anyway. That way the bandwidth would be kept to a minimum for the petition links.
