I fought off the temptation to leave Directv and AT&T for 9 years. Today I finally gave up and joined the cable darkside. OMG, how you On Demand guys not OD on television. I feel like a kid in a candy shop with all these features. I signed up for a win back package for $89 bucks a month. That includes HD/DVR w/HBO and Starz, local and long distance phone, and high speed internet. The price is good for 12 months with a $10 price increase afterwards. This is a huge savings over what I was getting from my old provider. Who are you guys using for internet, cable, phone?

Comcast in Va sucks! I have been looking at getting direct tv for quite some time but when I get ready to leave comcast they always give me a nice discount and I always cave in and stay.My wife swears by them because we also have the bundle package which according to her it is way cheaper.I just want the option of watching some other NFL games instead of watching the redskins on Sunday loss and sometimes they are the only game on tv.

Comcast doesn't offer a sports package? That still doesn't outweigh the value of On Demand with DVR. Com' On bro.
