I have never been hunting before and I would really like to try it out. Lets see if we can get a group of guys together in the Atlanta North Carolina area together this year and go as a group.

I hunt in either South Ga with family or West Ga with a friend. If you are really serious, I'll see what I can set up. He has access to a whole mountain.

I'm in the North Carolina area, and this upcoming big game season will be my first actual hunting reason. Last year I went once on the last dat, this year I'm planning on going a lot more. LMK if you all get something in GA going, I may have to make a trip down there.

Ya know hunting actually starts now. Theres tons of work to do before you fire your first shot. I would have a food plot setup down south but I mainly hunt near a corn field.

I am very serious. I hear you can do certain hunting with an AR so as of this week I have that handled. Just tell me what else I need to do to start preparing and I am going t get started on it

I tore my quad tendon at work, so I think Imma have to sit this season out. If y'all do go, take plenty of pictures and bag a buck for me!!!

I would be interested in going as well. I don't have a rifle but willing to buy ammo for anyone willing to share. I was planning to do my first hunt in Nov. in Alabama but if I can get my feet wet before then great.

I'll call my boy and see if we can set something up. We are talking White Tail right? Rifle, muzzle loader, or bow? Bow and bp start sooner.

Yea I'm thinking White tails, that's what I was talking about anyways. Are we talking from a stand or what??? Rifle is what I was thinking, I don't have a bow, or a muzzle loader just me and my .308. Last year I used a buddies Marlin 30-30, pretty good rifle I'm thinking about buying one myself.

+1 on the stand. A Gorilla tree climber. I plan on taking my Marlin 30-30 and furture Savage .308. I may just go ahead an get one for the M&G to zero it.

Can you hunt with an AR. My next major purchase planned is going to be a Trijicon ACOG for my AR but if I need a different type of rifle I can put the ACOG on hold
