That is a sad story and that is the reason why I would never ever let rapist or pediphiles out of prison.I also believe that they should be put to death because that act is one of the most vicious acts you can do to any human being.This man served 15 yrs in prison for rape and evidently he did not recieve mental help or did not want it.Now the neighbors did complain about the smell coming from the house but no one did anything about it.I would not want to be in the Police Chiefs shoes on this case.Only in America because I know of several countries that the first time he did that vile act he would have been put to death immediately.

I was wondering how long it was gonna be before this sick fvk was discussed here. I wonder if there will be an American love affair with him like Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dalhmer, or The BTK killer. Just checking out some more news on this Jinn(CH) in the body of a man.They are wondering how he did this for so long and how could he because he has a pace maker in his chest?
