I think the Keltec Sub2000 in 9mm or .40 is is their best offering if you are looking for a carbine. they have an E model pistol grip stock now. I picture it as the cheapest way to make an SBR, as some people on the kel-tec forum have done already You also buy an AR pistol and convert it. You will have to file paperwork and a pay the $200 tax. Unless you are a die hard Keltec fan, this may be a waste of money. The PLR is mostly plastic and is not worth the expense of converting for any kind serious work. true about the AR, though that requires a little more work. chopping the barrel or buying a new 1. Im still in the debating stages. I need to confirm the price we get at SPD. prior military gets the military and pollice discount with dd214 No chopping with most AR pistols. They come with shorter barrels.

No idea. American Classic Marksman in norcross, ga. you would have to call them and ask. i was just asking about magazine capacity after I shot it and he told me i was using a glock mag. not sure if they had to run a mag conversion on it or what

Hmmm that would be cool but I am sure mine won't as it uses 92 FS magazines not the PX4 magazines... I would love to be able to use my G18 magazines...

I still have no real answer on the clip discussion. But after shooting this thing for a 3rd time now and given its practical use on the civilian side for self defense and the situations I would find myself in. Then given the cost of ammo to shoot it for practice and fun. I think I am officially leaning towards this gun over an AR to fill my carbine roll

Dont get me wrong. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the AR and cant imagine going my life without owning 1 or 3. But the reality is as a civilian, even in a Katrina like situation we will never be justified in pulling a trigger on anything much over 25 yards at best. And after having spent quality time with the Storm I can say I am money up to 100 yards with even the iron sites. I had a nice 8in group of rapid fire at 25 yards with this thing on saturday. I am very impressed with the accuracy and recoil of this thing. Eager to see what its like with an Eotech or Aimpoint.

I have run my 9mm Storm with with its irons, as well as a MIL-grade Aimpoint. I am pleased to report that I have found it to be as superbly reliable... ...as it is uncannily accurate, to 100 yards.
